Billy's first trick he ever witnessed happened in his grandfather's junkyard in Williamstown, Vermont—and it changed everything. As the only grandson of Thaddeus T. Martin (legendary junkyard dealer, lifelong trucker, and Mason extraordinaire), Billy learned early that the most powerful magic happens when you transform what others see as broken.

The Plot Twist Nobody Saw Coming

Billy's early chapters read like classic Americana: volunteer firefighter, farmer, fisherman,  Civil Air Patrol member, woodsman's, USAR service, and a successful 20 year career in auto glass industry that he genuinely loved. Then life performed its cruelest trick—a diagnosis that left him battling traumatic brain injuries and disabling physical injuries for over the past 10 years.
