✅ Yes. Vermont Close-Up Magic LLc is fully insured for public and private performances. Professionalism and peace of mind are part of the magic package.

✅ Yes — with a little planning. Outdoor markets, festivals, and backyard parties are all great venues. Just let us know in advance so we can be prepared for weather, wind, and setup logistics.

✅ As early as possible, especially during peak seasons (summer and holidays). Some clients book months ahead. That said — we occasionally have last-minute openings, and late night options so please reach out and ask. We’ll always try to make the magic happen.

✅  Our close-up table sets up to 40 people, runs from 45 minutes up to a hour..
✅️ Billy's walk-around strolling close-up magic or event tent magic station for larger gatherings, allowing for flexible and immersive entertainment throughout your event. 

This can be 1 hour up to 6 hours, whatever your needs require.
✅️ Each close-up magic meeting, either while strolling or in the event tent magic station , runs 3 to 15 minutes, depending on number of people and how many people Billy has to cover during the event to make sure everyone gets to experience magic in their hands.

✅ Yes — Vermont Close-Up Magic is based in the Green Mountains, but we do travel for select events outside Vermont. If the event is a great fit and the compensation makes sense, we’re happy to hit the road and bring the magic to you.
