4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made [14 days] or more in advance may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within [7 days] may forfeit all deposits or payments.

Our Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, we will refund any payments made or reschedule at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to remove our entertainment from participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
